**Students: Participants under 30 years old at Congress start date. Students must provide a copy of their Stdent identification card and a letter from their Head of Department to support their application for a student rate.

Payment of registration fees (in € EURO) can be made as follows:

Please ensure that FEMS 2011 Congress and of the name of the participant are stated on the bank transfer.
Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.
Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An e-mail confirming the registration will be sent after receipt of the required fees.
Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged as per the on-site rate. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the Congress account on time.
Registration Cancellation Policy:
Notified in writing to Kenes International: e-mailed, faxed or post-marked:
- Cancellations received up and including March 15, 2011 – Full refund
- Cancellations received between March 16 and April 25, 2011 – 50% Refund
- From April 26, 2011 onwards - Non refundable
