Registration Fees

 Registration fees include VAT currently 25%

(1) Specify the national society in the registration form
(2) Students: participants under 30 years old at Congress start date. Students must provide a letter from their head of department to support their application for a student rate
(3) For those interested in a print version in additional to the CD of Abstracts which will be
distributed to all Congress participants. Please note that only limited number of Abstract
Books will be printed, based on pre-Congress reservation.

Fees for Participants include:

• Participation in Scientific Sessions
• The Printed Material of the Congress and CD of Abstracts
• Entrance to the Exhibition
• All refreshments during coffee and lunch Breaks
• Get-together Reception

Cancellation Policy

Refund of registration fees will be as follows:

• Postmarked before March 25, 2009 -full refund less bank charges
• Postmarked from March 26, 2009-May 28, 2009 - 50% of registration fees will be refunded
• No refund on cancellations sent after May 29, 2009

Payment

Payment of Registration should be made in Euro by the following methods:

• By Credit Card: i.e. Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club or American Express*
  *Payments made with American Express will be charged in U.S. Dollars according to the exchange rate at the day of the transaction
• Checks: payable to “FEMS 2009”
