membership for 2011 prior to registering to the Workshop.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be faxed or e-mailed.

• Cancellations received up to and including November 3, 2010 - full refund less €50 bank charges
• Cancellations received up to and including December 1, 2010 – 50% will be refunded
• Cancellations received after December 1, 2010 - no refund will be made
