Rates quoted are per room, per night, including breakfast and taxes. Rates are subject to change.

Payment of Accommodation Fees should be made in CHF by the following methods:

For participants who booked accommodation via Kenes International, please note that 3 weeks prior to arrival in Grindelwald, your credit card will be automatically charged for the balance of your hotel accommodation.
Participants who paid their deposit by bank transfer are required to send the balance of outstanding accommodation charges to Kenes International 21 days before arrival. Full prepayment is required for all hotel accommodations prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All changes/cancellations must be received in writing by fax or email to Kenes international.

Please do not contact the hotel directly.  

• Up to January 1, 2010 – 1 night cancellation charge
• Up to January 12, 2011– 50% refund of total room nights
• From January 13, 2011 – Full cancellation charge

In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation, and full payment will be non-refundable. If you arrive later or leave earlier than on the dates of your confirmed booking, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds will be made.
