Registration CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be emailed, faxed, or posted:

• Cancellations received up to July 13, 2009 – full refund less €50 handling fee will be made
• Cancellation received between July 14, 2009 to August 10, 2009 - 50% refund will be made
• Cancellation received after August 10, 2009 – no refunds will be made

Payment of registration fees should be made in Euro by the following methods:

*Payment made by American Express will be charged in U.S. Dollars according to the exchange rate at the day of the transaction.
