REGISTRATION DESK

On Site Registration Desk will be open at the Meeting Venue (The Sage, Gateshead) as follows:

Registration Fees (including VAT at 20%)

Fees apply to payments received prior to the indicated deadlines

* ESPR Member: in order to apply for this category, please ensure your membership is approved and fees are 
  paid for 2011 before you start the registration process. Registration will not be confirmed if membership is not valid.

** Student/Nurse: student is considered as working toward an undergraduate, graduate or doctoral degree, or a postdoctoral fellow/resident. A supportive letter confirming this status(signed, stamped and addressed to the registration department of the Meeting) must accompany the registration process. Please send the letter to espr_reg@kenes.com or fax to +41 22 906 9132 to the attention of ESPR registration department .

***Young Investigator must be under 35 years of age. Clear copy of ID indicating date of birth is to be sent to the Meeting Secretariat and a supportive letter confirming this status(signed, stamped and addressed to the registration department of the Meeting) , either by e-mail: espr_reg@kenes.com or by fax to the attention of ESPR 2011 Meeting,

 Fees for all Meeting Participants include:

• Attendance at all scientific sessions
• Delegate bag with Meeting material
• Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception
• Access to the Exhibition Area
• Lunches will be included for participants
  

Payment Methods

Payment of registration fees (in EUR) can be made as follows:

• Please ensure that the name of the meeting and of the participant is clearly stated on the bank transfer
• Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition
  to the registration fees.

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate. A copy of the bank transfer will be required
in the event that registration fees were not credited to the meeting account on time.

Faxed or emailed:

• Cancellations received up and including June 21, 2011– full refund less €35 handling fee
• Cancellations received between June 21 - August 15, 2011 – 50% will be refunded
• After August 15, 2011– no refund will be made.
