Interactive Case Sessions will be held as Parallel Sessions on Thursday, June 9 and Friday, June 10 between 14:00 and 15:30. The objective of these sessions is to increase the knowledge on clinical aspects of diagnosis and therapy of paediatric infectious diseases. The sessions will be chaired by two internationally recognised experts in the field, who will prepare, present and discuss case reports of children with common or unusual infectious diseases. A panel of five paediatric infectious disease consultants will be challenged by the two moderators to provide their insights on diagnosis and therapy. The audience will be asked to actively participate in discussion with the experts and the panel members. An interactive electronic voting system will be used to provide feedback to all participants.
