Preparation of Posters
- Please prepare your poster on one sheet of Bristol board or laminated paper.
Alternatively presenters may display their material on several smaller sheets.
- The dimensions of the poster board are: 1m wide x 2.30m long. It is suggested that your poster be 90 cm wide x 1.2m long. (Any longer, and it becomes difficult to see.)
- Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors as stated on the submitted abstract.
- The text, illustrations, etc should be bold enough to be read from a distance of two meters (six feet).
- Tacks and technical equipment will be available for the hanging of posters.

Please refer to the Final Program for the poster board number assigned to your abstract. Please use the board with the same number.
INFORMATION FOR PRESENTERS
POSTER SYMPOSIA
Poster Symposium 1 will take place on Thursday, May 6, between 14:15 -16:00. Each speaker should prepare 5-9 slides for his/her presentation. The presentation should be 7 minutes long and will have a 3 minute discussion afterwards.
Poster Symposium 2 will take place on Thursday, May 6, between 16:30-18:00.
Each speaker should prepare 5-9 slides for his/her presentation. The presentation should be 7 minutes long and will have a 3 minute discussion afterwards.
Poster Symposium presenters are also expected to prepare a poster for the poster board according to the instructions above.
POSTER WALK PRESENTATIONS
Poster Walks: Thursday, May 6, between10:30-12:00. There will be a total of 8 parallel Poster Walks guided by a chairperson/s. Each presenter has been allocated a certain number of minutes to speak about their poster (this includes time for questions and answers). Poster Walk presenters are requested to be by their poster at least 15 minutes before the start of the poster walk session.

Poster Walk 5- Pneumococcus 1

POSTERS
Posters will be on display for two days: from 08:30 Thursday, May 6 until 18:00 Friday, May 7.
Poster presenters should refer to the list of poster presentations in the programme for their board numbers. Your poster can be mounted from 12:00-18:00 on Wednesday, May 5 or between 07:30-08:30 on Thursday, May 6. Please remove your poster on Friday, May 7, between 16:30-18:30. The Organising Committee will not be responsible for posters that are not removed by the end of sessions on Friday,
May 7.
Poster presenters are requested to be present at their designated poster board(s) during breaks and poster sessions to answer questions.
