* Membership for 2010 can be applied for no later than March 3, 2010. 
In order to benefit from the special registration fees, membership should be approved/renewed and paid for before the indicated deadlines of early/regular/onsite fees. 
** A supportive letter signed by the head of the department and confirming this status must accompany the registration form. Please send the letter to espid2010_reg@kenes.com or fax to +41 22 906 9140 to the attention of ESPID registration department.

***In addition to the Abstract USB stick which is a included in the registration fees, a printed version is available at an expense-cost rate.


Registration and accommodation form

Fees for all Meeting Participants include:

o Attendance to all scientific sessions
o Delegate’s bag with Meeting’s material
o Lunches and coffee breaks during the meeting
o Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception, Wednesday, May 5th.
o Bill Marshall Award and Lecture, Thursday, May 6th.
o Farewell Event (with reservation fee), Friday, May 7th.

Payment of registration fees (in EUR) can be made as follows:

*Payments made with American Express will be charged in U.S. Dollars according to the exchange rate on the day of the transaction

• Please ensure that the name of the meeting and of the participant is stated on the bank transfer.
• Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the meeting account on time.

Registration Cancellation Policy:
Faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked:

o Cancellations received up and including January 25, 2010 – full refund less €35 handling fee.
o Cancellations received between January 26- March 22, 2010 – 50% will be refunded
o After March 22, 2010– no refund will be made.
