*	This reduced fee applies only to those participants who have been paid members from before February 13, 2009.
**	Students who are the presenting or first author on an accepted abstracts must provide an official written confirmation from their educational establishment that they are registered students and not salaried employees.
***	For ESPID Members and their partners only

Members & Non-Member’s registration fee includes:

• Attendance to all scientific sessions
• Delegate’s bag with meeting material
• Lunches and coffee breaks during the meeting
• Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception, Wednesday, June 10
• Bill Marshall Award and Lecture, Friday, June 12
• *Farewell Event, Friday, June 12

ESPID members are also entitled to an invitation to the ESPID Members and faculty Dinner on Thursday, June 11.

* A reservation fee of Euro 15 is applicable.

Payment of fees must be made in € Euro and should be paid using one of the following options:

Registration Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked:
Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Postmarked before April 15, 2009 - 100% refund (minus EUR 50 handling fee)
Postmarked from April 15, 2009 - until May 8, 2009 - 50% refund
No refund on cancellations sent after May 8, 2009
