Meet the Professor Workshops
Meet the Professor Workshops will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2009 and Friday, June 12, 2009. Participation is included in the registration fee. Pre-registration is necessary and will be made only on-site. Participation is limited to 100 participants per session and will be on a first come, first served basis.

ESPID Research Lunch
ESPID members are invited to participate in a Research Lunch that will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2009 and Friday, June 12, 2009. Pre-registration is necessary and will be made only on-site. Participation is limited to 40 participants and will be on a first come, first served basis. (The lunch is included in the registration fee for ESPID members). Detailed information on topics and moderators will be published at a later stage on the ESPID meeting website.
Letter of Invitation
Official letters of invitation designed to help overcome administrative difficulties in certain countries will be posted on the meeting website for participants’ use. This invitation is meant only to help visitors to raise travel funds or to obtain a visa, and is not a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any financial support.

The Meeting secretariat and organizers cannot accept responsibility whatsoever for injury or damage involving persons and property during the meeting. Participants are advised to make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
