Registration Fees Inclusive of 20% VAT

*Nurse/ Student/ Trainee - Proof of status must be sent with registration to the meeting secretariat.

 ** Categories A and B are defined according to the World Bank Country Classification of Low income and Lower- middle-income economies; click here for more information on the Country Classification data according to the world bank website.

***In order to benefit from ESGO Membership reduced rate - please apply for membership at least 3 days prior to registration deadline.

Group Registration procedure will be valid for a minimum of 10 participants and up.

Payment of accommodation fees should be made in Euros by one off the following methods:

Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration and accommodation fees.
Please ensure the name of the congress and the participant are stated on the bank transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 All cancellations must be made in writing to Kenes International via fax or email:

• Cancellations received before July 14, 2011 - 100% refund (minus € 35 handling fee)
• Cancellations received between July 15, 2011 and August 11, 2011 - 50% refund
• No refund on cancellations sent from August 11, 2011.
