* Young Psychiatrists must be under 40's at the Congress date OR less than 5 years of clinical practice after speciality. Please send certification of exams plus a copy of an ID with birth date OR enclose a copy of a letter/certificate from institution confirming the < 5 years with your registration form.
** Refers to non-tenured junior scientists. Registration form must be accompanied by a letter from their head of department confirming their status. The letter should be on the department letterhead and addressed to the registration department of the Congress.

EPA members will be able to register for the Congress at reduced fees. For more information click here

Young Psychiatrists Scholarship Programme

A limited number of Young Psychiatrists will be exempted from the payment of registration fees. For more information click here

Fees for PARTICIPANTS include:

  • Entrance to scientific sessions
  • Access to the exhibition taking place adjacent to the congress
  • Invitation to the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception on Saturday, February 27, 2010 
  • Congress publications
  • Refreshments during breaks

Participant fees do not include participation in the Academia CME Courses and optional Presidential Dinner.

Method of Registration

On-line registration will be available until Tuesday, 23 February, 2010. Thereafter the online registration will be closed
Registration desks will be situated at the ICM – International Congress Centre Munich (Messe München GmbH) for the duration of the Congress.

PAYMENT

Payment of registration fees can be made as follows:
  • By Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard or American Express*.
    *For AMEX credit cards, charges will be made in US Dollars according to the rate of exchange on the day of the transaction.

  • Please ensure that the name of the Congress and of the participant is stated on the bank transfer.
  • Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.

Early registration fees will only be valid if the full payment is received by the early registration deadline. Similarly, late registration fees will only be valid if full payment is received by the late registration deadline.

Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the meeting account on time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be made in writing to Kenes International via fax or email:
  • Cancellations received up to December 31, 2009 - full refund less €35 handling fee
  • Cancellations received from January 1 to February 8, 2010 - 50% refund will be made
  • After February 9, 2010 - no refund will be made
