Refers to non-tenured junior scientists. Registration form must be accompanied
by a letter from their head of department confirming their status. The letter should
be on the department letterhead and addressed to the registration department of
the Congress.

Criteria for Young Psychiatrist are under 40's at the Congress date OR less than 5 years of clinical practice after speciality. Please send a certificate of exams+ a copy of ID with birth date OR enclose a copy of a letter/certificate from institution confirming the < 5 years with your registration form.

*** Not applicable to doctors sponsored by pharmaceutical companies, following the EFPIA code.

Fees for PARTICIPANTS ONLY include Attendance at scientific sessions. All other activities and items aside from scientific sessions are supported by the EPA and they are as follows  

  • Entrance to the exhibition
  • Printed material of the Congress
  • Coffee/Tea during breaks
  • 3 lunches

Fees for ACCOMPANYING PERSONS include:

  • Opening Ceremony and Get-Together Reception
  • Two half-day tours, planned to coincide with the scientific sessions

Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration and accommodation fees.

Please make sure the name of the Conference and the participant are stated on the bank transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
  • Postmarked before October 24, 2008 - 100% refund (minus € 50 handling fee).
  • Postmarked from October 25, 2008 - 50% refund.
  • No refund on cancellations sent after December 23, 2008.

ACCOMPANYING PERSONS PROGRAMME

All registered accompanying persons are invited to the social events of the
Congress on Saturday and Sunday, as well as to two half day tours.
