REGISTRATION FEES 

Fees apply to payments received prior to the indicated deadlines. 
All fees include 20% VAT. 

*     Eligibility for the reduced Members registration fee refers to paid 2012 EPA Membership.

**    Early Career Psychiatrists must be under 40 years of age at the Congress date OR have less than 5 years of clinical practice  after specialty. Please send certification of exams and a copy of ID with birth date OR enclose a copy of an official letter/certificate from institution confirming the < 5 years with your registration form.

*** Refers to non-tenured junior scientists. Registration form must be accompanied by a letter from their head of department confirming their status. The signed and stamped letter should be on the department letterhead and addressed to the registration department of the Congress.

****  Refers only to full-time students at time of the congress. Registration form must be accompanied by a copy of valid 2011-2012 student ID or an official letter from Head of Department confirming full-time student status for 2011-2012.

• Invitation to the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception

  Participants fees do not include participation in the Academia CME Courses.
• Course details and registration for the courses will be available in September 2011.
