The distribution of all sponsorship items and exhibition space will take place at the Allocation Meeting on Friday, 22 August, 2008, before the EFNS 2008 in Madrid (booking forms must be received before July 28, 2008). The assignment will be made in accordance with the rules laid out in the EFNS Code of Practice. After this initial distribution, satellite symposia timeslots, sponsorship items and exhibition space will be allocated on a “first-come-first-served" basis, upon receipt of the booking forms.
