EFNS 2009 CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be faxed or electronically mailed:

Cancellations received up to June 15, 2009 - full refund less €35 handling fee will be made

Cancellations received between June 16 and August 9, 2009 - 50% refund will be made

After August 10, 2009 - no refund will be made
