Payment of fees must be made in EURO and should be paid using one of the following options:
  • Option 1: Credit card: VISA, MasterCard or American Express.
    Your monthly credit card statement will indicate payment made to
    'Kenes International Organizers of Congresses'.

    Please make sure that the name of the Congress and of the participant is stated on the bank transfer.
  • All bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid in addition to the registration fees.

The completed registration form together with the relevant payment must be received by latest June 20, 2011, in order to benefit from the reduced early registration fee.
Thereafter the registration fees will increase as published.

Registration fees include:

Participation in all scientific sessions, congress kit, Final Programme, Abstract Book and/or CD-ROM, other printed material of the  EFIC Pain Congress, an invitation to the Opening Ceremony and the Welcome Reception.
 
In addition, registered congress participants will receive the following benefits free of charge:
European Journal of Pain (EJP) on Line  (for 2 years)
plus
European Journal of Pain (EJP) – Paper Edition (for 1 year).

Registration CANCELLATION POLICY:

All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked:
Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
  • Received until and including June 20, 2011– 100% refund (less € 35 handling fee)
  • Received between June 21 - August 31, 2011 – 50% refund
  • No refund on cancellations received after September 1, 2011
