The completed registration form together with the relevant payment must be received by latest June 20, 2011, in order to benefit from the reduced early registration fee.
Thereafter the registration fees will increase as published.

Registration CANCELLATION POLICY:

All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked:
Refund of registration fees will be as follows:

Received until and including June 20, 2011– 100% refund (less € 35 handling fee)
Received between June 21 - August 31, 2011 – 50% refund
No refund on cancellations received after September 1, 2011
