Cancellation Policy

All cancellations should be faxed, emailed or post-marked:

• Cancelation received up to December 31, 2008 – Full refund less €35 handling fee will be made
• Cancelations received up to January 28, 2009 – 50% refund will be made
• After January 28, 2009 - No refund will be made

Payment of registration fees should be made in Euro by one of the following methods:
