Registration Fees  (In EUR, including VAT at 25%) :

Fees apply to payments received prior to the indicated deadlines.

* Applicable for those who are under 35 years old at the time of registration. Please send a copy of your ID indicating your date of birth to the EAS 2011 Registration Department by either e-mail to reg_eas2011@kenes.com or by fax to 
  +41 22 906 91 34. Please make sure to indicate EAS 2011 in the subject.

Note:  EAS Member registration fee applies on a year-by-year basis for the following year, i.e only valid members for 2010 are eligible for member registration at EAS 2011 in Gothenburg.

** Student registration form must be accompanies by a letter from the head of department confirming your status and/or 
a valid student card.

Fees for all Meeting Participants include:

• Participation in all scientific sessions
• Printed material of the congress
• Invitation to the get-together reception
• Entrance to the exhibition and poster area
• Refreshments during the Congress breaks

• Please ensure that the name of the meeting and of the participant is stated on the bank transfer.
• Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the
   registration fees.

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.

Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the meeting account on time.

Registration Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations received up and including April 12, 2011 – full refund(minus € 50 handling fee)
•  Cancellations received between April 13 to June 15, 2011– 50% will be refunded.
• After June 16, 2011 – no refund will be made.
