How do I register for the Meeting?
In order to register for the Meeting, please fill in the Online Registration form or the Registration and Accommodation PDF form to be sent by return fax to: +41 22 906 91 40 or by e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Both options are available on the Meeting registration page.
How can I pay the registration fees?
Payment of registration fees can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
Payment for registration should be made in Euro by the following methods:
- By Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club or American Express*
(*Payments made with American Express will be charged in U.S. Dollars according to the exchange Rate at the day of the transaction)
- By Bank Transfer: electronic bank transfers to be paid to the bank account below:

Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid at source in addition to the registration and accommodation fees.
Please ensure that EANS 2010 and the name of the participant are stated on the bank transfer to allow easy tracking.
Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An e-mail confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the Meeting account on time.
Can I receive an invoice under the sponsoring Company / Institution’s name?
Yes. If you require an invoice to be issued to any third party, please send an e-mail to the registration department at email@example.com specifying the services requested and full address of the third party.
Can I register for the Meeting without paying?
Yes, but your registration will only be confirmed when full payment is received. Eventual payment cost will be determined according to the published rates for the date.
Will I receive a confirmation once I have completed the registration?
Yes. A detailed Confirmation Letter and Receipt will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as payment is received and registration is completed.
Can I register on -site?
Yes. Please note that registration on -site entails payment according to the on -site registration rates. If you will make the payment close to the time of the Meeting kindly bring with you a proof of payment (bank transfer copy with clear indication of SWIFT number and IBAN code) to avoid the need of arranging an additional payment on -site.
