Fees for all participants include:

Registration Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be emailed or faxed:
- Cancellations received up to March 22, 2011 – full refund less £25 handling fee.
- Cancellations received from March 23 to April 4, 2011 – cancellation charge of 50%.
- After April 5, 2011 – no refunds will be made.
