*The registration application must be accompanied by a letter from the Resident’s/Student’s/Midwife's/Nurse’s Head of Department attesting the status in support of the special registration terms.

**Registration is open to Symposium participants only.  Availability is limited – we recommend pre-booking your participation as early as possible. The session "Diabetic Pregnancy" will take place prior to both Postgraduate Courses for the benefit of the Course attendees who are invited to take part in it.

 

The above fees include:

  • Coffee breaks and refreshments according to the program

 

Payment

 

Payment of registration fees (in € EURO) can be made as follows:

  • By Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard or American Express
  • By Bank Transfer: electronic bank transfers to be paid to the bank account below:

Please ensure that DIP 2011 and of the name of the participant are stated on the bank transfer.

Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An e-mail confirming the registration will  be sent after receipt of the required fees.

Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged as per the on-site rate. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the Congress account on time.

 

Registration Cancellation Policy:

Notified in writing to Kenes International: e-mailed, faxed or post-marked: 

  • Cancellations received up and including January 17 , 2011 – Full refund (less handling fee of 35 Euros)
  • Cancellations received between January 18, 2011 and February 15, 2011 – 50% Refund
  • From  February 15, 2011 onwards - Non refundable
