Registration will be possible directly onsite in Dubrovnik at the Registration Desk at the Valamar Lacroma Hotel as follows:

*Under 35 years of age and in training. Proof of age and status must be sent with registration to the Conference secretariat.

**Proof of nurse status is mandatory. Relevant documentation must be sent with registration to the Conference secretariat.

Registration fees include: Attendance to all scientific sessions, Conference printed material and registration kit, coffee and lunches at breaks as indicated in the program and an invitation to the Welcome Reception on June 25, 2010.

Payment of Conference registration fees may be made as follows:

  All bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid in addition to the registration and accommodation fees.

Cancellation Policy

Faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked:
Cancellation received up to April 30, 2010 - full refund less € 35 handling fee will be made.
Cancellation received up to June 4, 2010 – 50% refund will be made
After June 5, 2010- no refunds will be made.

Group Registration

For group registrations (10 participants or more), companies are requested to send their request by fax or e-mail to Kenes International (reg_hcc@easl.eu).
