Registration Fees (in EUR)
Fees apply to payments received prior to the indicated deadlines

** To obtain the special fee for students, an approval letter signed by the head of the department, together with a copy of a valid student card must accompany the registration form (if registered via the website, please mail it to iccad2009_reg@kenes.com, or fax to +41 22 732 2850).

Registration Fees Include:

• Participation in all scientific sessions
• Printed material of the congress
• An invitation to the Welcome Reception on Sunday, October 11, 2009
• Lunch on Monday, October 12 and Tuesday, October 13.
• Entrance to the Exhibition

Payment of registration fees should be made in Euro by one of the following methods:

Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration and accommodation fees. Please ensure the name of the congress and the participant are stated on the bank transfer.

Registration Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be faxed, emailed or posted:
Cancellation received up to July 14, 2009 - full refund less €35 handling fee 
Cancellation received up to September 15, 2009 – 50% will be refunded
Cancellation received after September 15, 2009 – no refund will be made
