Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or postmarked:
Notification received in writing prior to November 10, 2008: Full refund less €35 handling fee.
Notification received in writing from November 11, 2008 until January 8, 2009: 50% refund.
Cancellation received in writing from January 9, 2009: no refund.
