* In order to obtain the special fee for Students, an approval letter signed by the head of the department must accompany the registration form (if registered via the website, please fax the approval to +41 22 732 2850 for the attention of Mrs Yulia Rijinsky).

The total cost for the Educational Courses Program is USD$ 75.00 until June 21, 2009 and USD$ 100.00 thereafter. Please note that you may only select up to 4 courses to attend on June 29. Please be sure to refer to the schedule above as some courses conflict in time with one another.

“Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate.

Fees for Participants and Students include:

  • Participation in all Scientific Sessions
  • Cd-Rom of abstracts
  • Printed material of the conference
  • An invitation to the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception on Monday, June 29th.
  • Coffee breaks and refreshments Monday , June 29  – Friday  July 3rd, 2009
  • Entrance to the exhibition area

Fees for Accompanying person  include:

  • Entrance to the exhibition
  • Welcome Reception on Monday June 29th
  • Coffee breaks and refreshments during the conference

Cancellation policy

Faxed, emailed or post-marked:

  • Cancellations received up to March 19, 2009 – 100% refund less $50 handling fee
  • Cancellations received up to April 15, 2009 – 50% refund will be made
  • After April 16, 2009 – no refunds will be made
