** May 25, 2011. Registration for the courses is only available to participants registered for the Conference. Payment should be made in addition to the registration fees. Educational courses titles can be found on the preliminary time table.

Payment of registration fees should be made in Euro by one of the following methods:

Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.
Please make sure the name of the Conference and that of the participant are stated on the bank transfer Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An e-mail confirming the registration will be sent after receipt of the required fees. Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged as per the on-site rate. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the Conference account on time.
Registration Cancellation Policy:
Notified in writing to Kenes International - e-mailed or faxed:
- Cancellations received up to and including March 22, 2011 – Full refund less 35 € handling fees.
- Cancellations received between March 23, 2011 and April 18, 2011– 50% Refund.
- From April 19, 2011 onwards - No refund will be made.
