How to Attend 

Exhibition Space Allocation

The space allocation will be made according to the receipt of a signed Exhibit Space Contract.

A completed Exhibit Space Contract accompanied by advance payment should be mailed/faxed to exhibition manager to ensure reservation of a desired location.

Exhibitors are welcome to modify any spaces to their specific requirements. A revised floor plan will be included with the booth confirmation.

Participation will be finalized only upon confirmation of the payment. Allocation is on a “first-come first-serve” basis.

Any space not fully paid for by April 5, 2011 will be subject for resale.

Rental Fees

* Prices do not include 16 % V.A.T.
Foreign exhibitors are exempt from V.A.T.

Basic Stand Construction includes:

• White walls, fitted in aluminum frame, 250 cm high
• Fascia board with company name and stand number (in standard lettering)
• 2 plastic chairs, 1 desk
• One spotlight per 3m², excluding electricity and main connection
• One 2-kilowatt electrical socket for the first 10 m²,1-kilowatt for any additional 10 m² 
• Exhibitor badges
• Pavilion security (from 18:00 till 09:00 hrs)
• Up to 100 word company/product profile in the official exhibition catalogue

The "Raw Space"/Island display includes:

• Area reserved by the exhibitor
• One 2-kilowatt electrical socket for the first 10 m²,1-kilowatt for any additional 10 m²
• Exhibitors who do not have a standard building system must present their building plans to the exhibition security engineer in advance
• Exhibitor badges
• Pavilion security
• Up to 100 word company/product profile in the official exhibition catalogue 

Exhibitors designing their own stands are requested to observe the following basic regulations: Each stand needs to be bordered with walls measuring the precise size of the stand (width x depth x height). The general building height of the exhibition is as follows:

Booths number 1-5: Height limit is 2.5 meters

All other booths: height limit is 4 meters

A copy of stands and displays design, showing exact measurements and heights, must be presented to the exhibition security engineer for approval.

Exhibition Pavilions 

ILSI-Biomed exhibition will take place at both the David InterContinental and Dan Panorama hotels in Tel Aviv.
