Speakers Ready Room
Speakers are invited to prepare their presentations in the Speakers Ready Room, situated on the Conference Level (Room #6, near the session halls) at the David InterContinental Hotel.
Speakers presenting at the Dan Panorama Hotel (ICI and Clinial Trials), should prepare their presentations at the Speakers Ready Room in this hotel.
Kindly prepare your presentation at least half an hour before the start of the session.
Speakers presenting in Hall D and Hall I, should prepare their presentations in the hall they are presenting, either early morning or during the coffee or lunch breaks.
Please note that the computer in the session hall is being supplied with Windows XP and Office 2000 (at least).
You may supply your own laptop as a back-up.
Important Note for Macintosh Users
If using a Macintosh computer, you will need to bring your own laptop with you. Please ensure that it has a VGA socket for external signal. Please remember to:
a) immediately check your computer in the Speakers Ready Room as soon as you arrive and
b) to also check your computer in the session hall where your lecture is taking place, either during the coffee or lunch break prior to your session, at least 30 minutes before the start of the session.
COMPANY PRESENTATIONS
Companies will present according to the order stated on the program. Each presentation is scheduled for 20 minutes. No chairpersons are appointed for these sessions to allow companies a full 20 minute presentation.
Speakers are requested to be considerate and pay attention to the podium clock to ensure equal opportunity for all presenters.
