Call for company Presentation

Abstract submission deadline: March 20, 2009

Companies are invited to submit an abstract which will be reviewed by the Committee. Presenting authors must hold one of the following positions: Chairman of the BOD, CEO, CFO, COO, CSO, VP of Business Development, VP of R&D.

Abstracts accepted for presentation at ILSI Biomed Israel 2009 will be included on a CD ROM.

Abstracts must be submitted through this website and must be written in English.

The abstract title should not exceed 25 words. Uncommon abbreviations must be defined on first use. The abstract is composed of 5 questions. Answers are limited to 60 words for each question. The submission form at the link below allows you to store your abstract as a draft in order to make changes. Please note:

  • Abstracts must be SUBMITTED before the deadline in order to be sent to review for inclusion in the program.
  • Presentation slots are limited and not all abstracts submitted can be included.
  • Submission of an abstract acknowledges your acceptance for the abstract to be published in all official conference publications.
  • A condition of submission is that you agree to such publication and to surrender any copyright over the abstract as submitted to ILSI-Biomed 2009.

We recommend using word-processing software (for example, Word) for editing your abstract and counting the number of words. Typing your text directly into the field is not recommended for the following reasons:
a: You will not be able to see the abstract after pressing the Submit button
b: You will not have a copy
c: You cannot check the number of words

Upon submitting your abstract via this website, you will receive an “abstract reference number” indicating that your abstract has been submitted successfully.
Images, tables, diagrams and graphs should be image files (JPG/PNG/GIF). Images reduce the number of words allowed in your abstract text. Once the uploading and inserting of images into the abstract body is complete, the reduced number of words for abstract text will be advised.

Please note that images may be resized to comply with the CD production.
Abstracts must be in clear English with accurate grammar and spelling of a quality suitable for publication.

Abstracts by mail or fax will not be accepted. In cases of genuine difficulties with uploading on the website, please contact the Secretariat: biomed@kenes.com
