REGISTRATION FEES

Registration fees for participant include:

Participation in all sessions, printed material of the conference, an invitation to the welcome reception, entrance to the exhibition and lunch on Thursday, February 26, Friday, February 27 and Saturday, February 28.

PAYMENT

Payment of fees should be made by one off the following methods:

• By Credit Card: i.e. Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club or American Express*
  *American Express payments are charged in U.S. Dollars according to the exchange rate on the day of the transaction
• Cheque: payable to "ATTD 2009"

Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration and accommodation fees.

Please ensure the name of the congress and the participant are stated on the bank transfer.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations received up to November 25, 2008 - full refund less bank charges
• Cancellations received up to December 18, 2008 – cancellation charge €50
• After December 18, 2008 – no refunds will be made
