All above fees include 23% VAT

 * Valid 2010 EASL Membership is required.

**Under 35 years of age and in training. Proof of age and status must be sent with registration to the Conference secretariat.

***Proof of nurse status is mandatory. Relevant documentation must be sent with registration to the Conference secretariat.

Registration fees include: Conference printed material and registration kit, coffee and lunches at breaks as indicated in the program and an invitation to the Conference Reception.

Cancellation Policy

Faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked:

Cancellation received up to October 14, 2010 - full refund less € 35 handling fee will be made.
Cancellation received up to November 21, 2010 – 50% refund will be made
After November 22, 2010- no refunds will be made.
