Abstract submission: deadline extended to august 13, 2012!

In order for your abstract to be submitted for review, there is a $25 abstract submission fee per abstract.

  • In order to pay this fee you are required to complete the registration process. Please note that you have the
    option to cancel your Registration and receive a full refund, as per the cancellation policy below.
  • Abstract Notifications will be sent out in the first two weeks of September, 2012.

Fees for all Meeting Participants include:

  • Participation in all Scientific Sessions (excluding sessions at additional cost)
  • Meeting Bag and printed material
  • Access to the Exhibition Area
  • Invitation to the Exhibitor Reception on Thursday, Nov 15th, 2012
  • Light refreshments between sessions as per the timetable (Breakfast is included)

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.

Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the meeting account on time.

  • Cancellations received up and including Sep 23rd, 2012 – full refund.
  • Cancellations received between Sep 24th to Oct. 14th, 2012 – 50% will be refunded less $50 cancellation fees.
  • After Oct. 14th, 2012– no refund will be made.
