The American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine, ASRA 2012 cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants and accompanying persons, either during or indirectly arising from the 11th Annual ASRA Pain Medicine Meeting & Workshops. Participants are advised to take out their own personal health and travel insurance for their trip.

No photographs, video recording or audio recording may be permitted in the scientific and business meetings at the time of the annual meeting unless specifically authorized by the Scientific/Education Planning Committee Chair
