Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat either by fax (to +66 2 748 7880) or email (apscoffice2013@apsc2013.org).

• Notifications received in writing prior to 1 December 2012: Full refund less US$20 handling fees.
• Notification received in writing between 2December – 20January 2013: 50% refund
• No refunds for notifications received after 21January 2013
