Registration fees include: Conference printed material and registration kit, coffee and lunches at breaks as indicated in the program and an invitation to the Conference Buffet Dinner.

Cancellation Policy

Faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked:

Cancellation received up to January 15, 2010 - full refund less € 35 handling fee will be made.

Cancellation received up to January 30, 2010 – 50% refund will be made

After January 30, 2010- no refunds will be made.

Payment of Conference registration fees may be made as follows:

  Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration and accommodation fees.
  Please make sure the name of the Conference and the participant are indicated on the bank transfer. 

Group Registration

For hotel reservations made by a sponsoring company, the participant will receive the hotel confirmation from the sponsoring company directly.

For block bookings (10 participants or more) companies are requested to send their request by fax or Email to Kenes International. Different payment and cancellation policies will apply.
