Hotel rooms are no longer available through Kenes Tours.

We suggest you try an online search to find accommodation in the Tel Aviv area. 

Rates for Local participants are subject to additional VAT payment (currently 16%).  Any changes in VAT will be reflected in the room rates at the time of payment.

Kenes Tours will not be able to guarantee rooms after April 1st 2012. 

All published rates are for individual reservations only.

Payment

Hotel reservations should be accompanied by the corresponding deposit of 1night’s hotel accommodation.

Full payment is required for all hotel accommodations prior arrival.

Payment should be made in USD by one of the following methods: 

Credit Card

Visa, MasterCard  or American Express

Bank Transfer

Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration and accommodation costs.
Please ensure the name of the conference and participant/s are clearly stated on the bank transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All changes or cancellations should be made in writing to Kenes Tours.
Please do not contact the hotel directly.
In the event of non arrival the hotel will automatically release the reservation and payment will be non-refundable.

Late Arrival /Early Departure Fee:

If you arrive later or leave earlier than said dates of your confirmed booking, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds will be made.
