Fees for Participants include participation in all scientific sessions, printed materials of the

CANCELLATION POLICY

to 90 days prior to arrival – full refund less bank charges
Up to 60 days prior to arrival – 50% refund
Less than 60 days prior to arrival – no refund

PAYMENT

Payment of registration fees may be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Diners Club), cheque payable to “ESSAM 2009, Budapest” or by bank transfer to “ESSAM 2009, Budapest”
