AIRPORT INFORMATION
Prague International Airport is located 20km from the city center and the journey to the city center by taxi and bus takes approximately 30 minutes. The recommended taxi company to use is:

The Airport Express Train travels from Terminal North 1 –> Terminal North 2 –> Holešovice Station and the journey time is 30 minutes. The fare is CZK 50.

REACHING THE PRAGUE CONGRESS CENTER FROM CONFERENCE HOTELS

- InterContinental Prague - 5 minutes walk to Staromestska metro, change line to C line at Muzeum, then go to Vysehrad. Total journey time: 20 minutes
- Prague Marriott – The metro station Namesti Republiky is next to the hotel. Take the B line, change to the C line at Florenc Station and get off at Vysehrad Station. Total journey time: 15 minutes

Upon your arrival to the conference, please approach the Self Registration Machines to collect your registration material.
Please bring the confirmation letter which contains the barcode which will enable you to print your name badge and invitations.
SCIENTIFIC PROGRAM
Please make sure to check carefully the Scientific Program on the website for any last minute changes. To make yourself a personal itinerary, please visit the website.
SPEAKERS READY ROOM
A Speakers’ Ready Room will be available every day throughout the conference for speakers. Please bring your presentation and load it onto one of the conference’s computers in the Speakers’ Ready Room at least 1 hour before the start of the session. You may supply your own computer as a back-up.
Please note that the conference’s computers in the session halls are being supplied with Windows XP and Office 2003. Please save your presentation as Powerpoint 2003. For instructions for Oral presentations please visit the website.
POSTERS
Posters are to be mounted from 08:00 on your assigned 2 days. Instructions for preparation can be found on the website. Please remove your poster at the conclusion of sessions on the second of your assigned days. The coffee breaks and lunch hour each day and additionally authors are requested to stand by their poster to answer questions on the days of their presentation as follows:

Delegates are welcome to choose their favorite concert and exchange the voucher located in the registration kit, at the registration desk between Wednesday, March 11 from 18:00 until Friday, March 13 at 12:00. Please note: The number of seats is limited at each venue and available on a first come, first served basis.

CLIMATE
The weather in Prague in mid-March is chilly. Temperatures range from 8°C during the day and 0°C during the evening. Please bring warm clothing.
