Interactive Program

Quick instructions for the interactive session planner (iplanner):
  1. The program is internet based - please make sure you do not have too many internet applications open at the same time. These applications will slow down the response rate.
  2. Use the drop-down list on the top left hand side to chose a day in the Program.
  3. Clicking on a session opens an information box with the full session lectures and abstracts. If you do not see the session, please scroll up on the page to view the session.  
  4. There is an easy to use search facility that allows one to search by exact phrase, session chair, presentation or presenter.

Posters

  1. To view the posters please go to the link called: POSTER (under 'GUIDELINES'). Please note that due to technical reasons the posters do not appear in the tables per day of the scientific program.
  2. Poster scheduling: Each poster session will last 2 days. Posters will be mounted from 08:00 on the scheduled two days of sessions (either Thursday, March 12 - Friday, March 13 or Saturday, March 14 - Sunday, March 15). Posters can be viewed onsite as follows:

Building your Personal Conference Itinerary online:

  1. Click on the ‘iPlanner’ link in the left hand menu and login with your email address and password. First time users must register with an email address and will automatically receive a password.  
  2. Open the session that you would like to add to your itinerary by clicking on it.
  3. Click on the green (+) that is located at the top right, the session will be automatically inserted in your itinerary.
  4. To view your itinerary; click on ‘iPlanner’, a list of all selected sessions will appear. Overlaps will be highlighted in red.
To insert the time of the session in your outlook calendar:
  1. Click on the icon that is located on the top right of each session.
  2. File Download window will appear, click on open.
  3. Microsoft office outlook window will appear, click on allow and the session will be automatically in your calendar.
