Thereafter the website will be closed.

Registration Fees:

(In EUR, including VAT). Fees apply to payments received prior to the indicated deadlines.

 * Student - student is considered as working toward an undergraduate, graduate or doctoral degree, or a postdoctoral fellow/resident. A supportive letter confirming this status(signed, stamped and addressed to the registration department) must accompany the registration process. Please send the letter to reg_adpd2013@kenes.com

Fees for all Conference Participants include:

• Participation in all scientific sessions
• Printed material of the Conference.
• An invitation to the Welcome Reception on Wednesday, March 6 , 2013.
• Entrance to the Exhibition.
• Conference refreshments.
• Fees for daily participants include the above entitlements for the day of registration only.

• Please ensure that the name of the meeting and of the participant is stated on the bank transfer.
• Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees. Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the meeting account on time.

Registration Cancellation Policy:

Faxed or emailed: All cancellations must be faxed or electronically mailed:

• Cancellations received up and including December 11, 2012 – full refund (minus € 35 handling fee)
• Cancellations received between December 12, 2012 to February 21, 2013 – 50% will be refunded.
• After February 21, 2013 – no refund will be made.
