The official language of AD/PD 2013 is English.

CLIMATE

The weather in Florence in March is expected to be quite cool, with an average temperature range of 9 - 16ºC.

DRESS CODE

Clothing for AD/PD 2013 is informal for all occasions.

VISA REQUIREMENTS

Some AD/PD 2013 participants may require Visas in order to enter Italy. Please check with your local Italian Consulate or Embassy.

CME ACCREDITATION

An application has been made with the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) to provide accreditation by the following CME activity for medical specialists. The EACCME is an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS). Please see the CME accrediation page for further details.

PERSONAL INSURANCE

We recommend that all participants of AD/PD 2013 take out personal travel and health insurance for the duration of their trip.
