Cancellation policy
Faxed, emailed or post-marked:
- Cancellations received up to December 13, 2008 – full refund less bank charges
- Cancellations received up to January 13, 2009 – 50% refund will be made
- After January 13, 2009 – no refunds will be made

*Payments made with American Express will be charged in U.S. Dollars
