Fees apply to payment received prior to the deadlines.
** In order to obtain the special fee for Fellows/Nurses, an approval letter signed by
the head of the department must accompany the registration form (if registered via
the website, please fax the approval to +41 22 906 9140 for the attention of Ms.
Shirley Milner). For students, proof of status (valid student card) is required and
should accompany the registration form.
