Attendance to all scientific sessions

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked:
Refund of registration fees will be as follows:

Until and including December 1, 2008 – 100% refund (less USD 50 handling fee)
Postmarked from December 2, 2008 – 50% refund
No refund on cancellations after February 12, 2009

PAYMENT

Payment of fees should made in USD and may be paid either by bank transfer, cheque or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express).
