* In order to obtain the special fees, a supportive letter signed by the head of the department must accompany the registration form (if registered via the website, please fax the approval).

Fees for all Congress Participants include:

• Participation in all scientific sessions
• Printed material of the congress
• An invitation to the Get-Together Reception

Cancellation Policy:

Faxed, emailed or post-marked:

• Cancellation received until August 19, 2009 – full refund less €50 bank charges will be made
• Cancellation received until September 18, 2009 –50% of registration fees will be refunded
• Cancellation received after September 18, 2009 – no refund given

Payment of registration fees should be made in Euro by the following methods:
