There will be two posters shifts as follows, please hang your poster according to your shift.
Poster # 001-157 Friday, November 20, 2009
Posters are to be mounted from 16:00 on Thursday, November 19 and removed at the conclusion of sessions on Friday, November 20 and not later than 18:30. The organizers will not be responsible for posters that are not removed on time.
Poster # 001-179 Saturday, November 21, 2009
Posters are to be mounted from 20:00 on Friday, November 20 and removed at the conclusion of sessions on Sunday, November 22 and not later than 13:00. The organizers will not be responsible for posters that are not removed on time.
Poster sessions will take place on Friday, November 20 and Saturday, November 21 from 07:30-08:30. Please be present at your poster board during this time
