As the official organizer of the ESPR 2009 Annual Meeting, Kenes International is offering special reduced rates for various hotels in Hamburg as indicated below.

We strongly recommend that accommodation is booked early to enable securing your preferred choice; we will be pleased to be of assistance in all matters concerning hotel reservations.

Rates shown below are in EUR per room, per night and include breakfast and all taxes.

Hotels Map

We strongly advise all participants to reserve their accommodation as soon as possible. Kenes International will not be able to guarantee rooms after September 9, 2009.

Hotel reservations will only be confirmed if credit card details are fully supplied or alternatively a deposit of one accommodation night  is forwarded by bank transfer.

Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of the hotel. The booking will only be final upon receipt of the corresponding deposit.

For hotel reservations made by a sponsoring company, the participant will receive the hotel confirmation directly from the sponsoring company.

PAYMENT

Kenes International accepts Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and AMEX * credit cards. Postal orders will NOT be accepted.
* For AMEX credit cards, charges will be made in US Dollars according to the rate of exchange on the day of the transaction.

* Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration and accommodation fees

* Please make sure the name of the Meeting (ESPR 2009) and that of the participant are stated on the bank transfer.

Please note that 3 weeks prior to arrival in Hamburg, your credit card will be automatically charged for the balance of your hotel accommodation. Participants who paid their deposit with a bank transfer are required to send the balance of outstanding accommodation charges to Kenes International up to 21 days before arrival. Full prepayment is required for all accommodation prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All changes or cancellations should be made in writing to Kenes International. Please do not contact the hotel directly.

• 15 days before arrival: full refund less handling fee of EUR 35
• 14-10 days prior to arrival: 1 night cancellation charge
• Less than 10 days prior to arrival: no refund

Late arrival /Early Departure Fee: If you arrive later or leave earlier than on the dates of your confirmed booking, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds will be made.

In the event of non- show the hotel will automatically release the reservation, and the payment will be non-refundable.
