Registration

All participants must submit a completed registration form. Payment or proof of payment should accompany the registration. Please make a photocopy of your registration form for your own files.

REGISTRATION FEES

Fees for all Congress Participants include participation in all scientific sessions, printed material of the congress, an invitation to the Get-Together Reception, Coffee Breaks as well as entrance to the exhibition.

* In order to obtain the special fee for Students/Resident, an approval letter signed by the head of the department must accompany the registration form (if registered via the website, please fax the approval).

** Developing Countries Fee: Please attach to the registration form a copy of your passport/ID confirming your residency. Please refer to the congress website for a list of applicable countries.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Up to 90 days prior to arrival- full refund less bank charges
Up to 60 days prior to arrival-cancellation charge of €50
Less than 60 days prior to arrival- no refund
